Shipping policy

• Lola & Tae Wholesale orders ship from our Headquarters in Midland, TX every M-W-F, excluding Bank Holidays. 
• Orders may take 2-3 business days to process and ship. 
• Orders placed after 12 pm CST on a Friday will be processed Monday.
• All orders ship free via USPS First Class. To utilize another shipping method please contact wholesale customer service at lolaandtaewholesale@gmail.com prior to placing your order. 
• Ready to ship items are processed as soon as possible unless Lola & Tae has reached out to you, or been contacted, that custom and ready to ship items should ship together. 
• Oops, you got the wrong item? So sorry! I promise we aren't perfect. While over 95% of our shipments are 100% accurate, sometimes a mistake is made. Please email us at lolaandtaewholesale@gmail.com for any shipment mistakes and corrections. We're sorry, that was not on purpose! Please include photos of our mistake. Thank you. We'll take care of shipping mistakes right away.

We've partnered with Simply Shipping Protection to ensure your order!  To avoid lots of hassle and missed profits, add shipping insurance to your order. We, unfortunately, can't cover the cost of lost, stolen, or missing packages.
