Refund policy
Any and all wholesale orders that are returned (after approval from Lola & Tae) will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The wholesale partner takes responsibility for return shipping costs. For processing returns, please reach out to lolaandtaewholesale@gmail.com. When sending an email regarding a return, the email must be sent within 7 days of receipt of your items.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- Your account email address;
- Reason for the return; and
- Photos of any damaged items, if applicable.
