What materials are your jewelry made with?
At Lola & Tae Jewelry, we offer a wide range of jewelry crafted from high-quality materials such as sterling silver, gemstones, gold filled, stainless steel and brass. Everything we create is 18k gold plated or 18k gold filled. Each product page provides detailed information about the materials used.
Where is your jewelry made?
Our current collections are designed in West Texas but always inspired by our roots and love for the sea. We proudly still hand make many pieces at our studio in West TX. Although we do still make most and with the growth of L&T, we work very closely with our partners overseas on a daily basis and proudly stand behind the quality of each piece made. It is of the utmost importance to our owner, Amanda, that each product is sourced and manufactured responsibly.
How long does it take to receive my wholesale order?
Our processing time takes between 2-3 business days for in stock products. All orders placed after 12PM on Friday CST will processed on Monday. We take pride in getting your new jewels to you very quickly but will be in close contact with you to let you know exactly when you can expect your Lola & Tae.
How are wholesale orders shipped?
We carefully package all of our pieces in our Lola & Tae logo bags. These are perfect for using at check out for your customers as well. Order processing will take from 2-3 business days to process and ship in stock products. We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail. If you wish to utilize another shipping method, please reach out to our wholesale team at lolaandtaewholesale@gmail.com
Can our business remove the Lola & Tae jewelry tag?
We love our branding, don't you? All items purchased by our wholesale partners and sold through various retail channels must have all Lola & Tae branding, labels, and tags left on every item.
Do you make repairs on Lola & Tae jewelry sold in my store?
A broken bracelet? Oh no! Don't worry, WE GOT YOU! Lola & Tae offers a 4 month remake/repair policy. The policy window will be based on the day our tracking information shows delivered to the retailer. Yes, that's you! Have a remake/repair request?
